General provisions
This Privacy policy adopted by Pronina Galina (hereinafter - Operator) defines the main principles, objectives, procedure and conditions of processing personal data of Users of the Website, measures to ensure the security and protection of personal data.
Transmitting personal data to the Operator by using of the Website, the User gives his/her consent (voluntary and perpetual) to use the personal data on the terms set out in this Privacy policy. The User consents to the processing of personal data in his/her interest. Consent is not written, since the Operator does not process special personal data and biometric. Consent is given in accordance with paragraph 1 of article 9 of the Federal law of 27.07.2006 №152-FZ (ed. from 22.02.2017) "On personal data" of the Russian Federation.

3. The processing of personal data
3.1. The operator shall use Personal data in accordance with the Federal Law of Russian Federation "On personal data" № 152-FZ dated 27 July 2006 and this Privacy Policy.
3.2. Privacy of User's personal data is preserved except when the data are publicly available.
3.3. The operator is entitled to store personal data only on servers within the Russian Federation.
3.4. The Operator has the right to transfer personal User data without the User's consent to the following persons:
3.4.1 public bodies, including bodies of inquiry and investigation, and local authorities on their reasoned request;
3.4.2 in other cases provided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
3.5. The Operator has the right to transfer personal information to third parties other than as specified in clause 3.4. of this Privacy Policy in the following cases:

3.6. The Operator performs automatic processing of personal data.
4. Protection and storage of personal data
4.1. The operator shall provide adequate protection of personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect personal data.
4.2. To ensure the security of personal data during their processing the Operator takes measures to protect personal data against unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, granting, distribution and other unlawful actions in respect of personal data.
4.3. In order to ensure information security the Operator shall undertake the following measures to protect the personal information:
- mandatory use of firewalls, antivirus systems;
- data backup;
- use of industry-standard security measures.
Personal information is stored on the company server and can be used to inform Users about new promotions and services, and for marketing, statistical and other research.
4.4. The Operator processes personal data obtained in connection with the conclusion of the contract until the complete fulfillment of the obligations under the contract, or until settlement of all disputes related to the termination of the contract.
4.5. Personal data of Website Users are stored during the period required for the purposes for which such data has been submitted, or for the period stipulated by legislation.
5. Cookies
5.1. The operator uses "cookies". "Cookies" are small text files placed on the hard drives of Users' devices during the use of various sites designed to assist in customizing the UI in accordance with User preferences.
